Coach-Net/Ford roadside service questions

We are doing our PDI and taking delivery of our new 2014 Greyhawk 31FK next week. I understand all Jayco products come with one year of Coach-Net support. According to a Ford motorhome chassis brochure, we also have five years of Ford roadside service.

Our new Greyhawk does not have a spare tire which I understand is pretty much the industry standard these days.

So if we have a flat, how does Coach-Net handle it? Will they tow us to a service location which will repair or replace the tire?

What about the Ford roadside service? I note that the language on the brochure snippet below states, "Flat Tire Changes." So does this mean they do not provide a tow to a service facility if I have a flat with no spare?

This old Boy Scout just wants to be prepared.

Coach net will send a tire service company with the right size tire (which you pay for) and they will change it. They may even repair the old tire if possible, not sure about that though.
