Our Pinnacle has the Convection Microwave too, we do not have the Gas Oven, Gas Cooktop only.

My wife was a little concerned about not having the standard gas oven since this was the first Convection Microwave we have ever used.

Took her no time at all the get comfortable with it, works better than the gas ovens we have had in past RVs and puts less heat inside the 5er.

Now she loves the Convection Microwave and uses it all the time.

Although we don't have one in our TT we do have a conv/micro in the house kitchen. When we replaced the stove in the house kitchen DW wanted a convection oven in that too. Wish we had one in the TT! They are very easy to use and you'll get used to it in no time. Actually it will cook your food faster and more evenly. If your DW is the least bit worried there are convection oven cookbooks out there, so a trip to your local library or bookstore might be helpful.

We have two convection ovens at home. The main oven and a counter top toaster oven. Both work great. The main oven actually automatically decreases the temp so that timing of food comes out the same whether using convection or plain bake.
