Dealer recommendation please

Can anyone recommend a Jayco dealer - one that you have had a positive experience with, especially in terms of service - in the TN-KY-AL region? We live in Nashville, and our local Jayco dealer....leaves a great deal to be desired. I have several issues on our '07 Melbourne that need to be addressed, some of which are clearly manufacturing defects, and I would prefer to have a reputable Jayco dealer handle these, in case these same issues have surfaced on other units. I don't mind driving a ways to get to a great dealer. It's worth it to me. So any suggestions for great dealers / great service departments in this region would be welcomed!

Among other problems, the water works panel valves on the outside of the unit are completely wrong. Why the previous owner didn't address this with Jayco while it was still under warranty is a mystery to me. He assures me that he didn't make any changes to the valves and I can't imagine why he would.

The range hood fan was either installed backwards or wired backwards, as it sucks are *in* to the unit instead of exhausting air outward.

The entrance door is showing signs of water infiltration - the inside of the door is wavy from moisture and there is signs of rust along the bottom of the door. Clearly the seal around the window of the door has failed.

The seal on the front slide is pulling away from the slide and needs to be replaced / repaired.

I realize they won't cover these issues, as it's out of warranty, eventhough something inside me wishes a manufacturer would correct something that they clearly dropped the ball on something like installing a fan or water valves incorrectly at the factory.

Thanks much,

Mike
