Add me to the list of Rick's RV. I have been very satisfied with the sale of my RV and service since the purchase. A relative of mine just bought a Motor-home from there as well.

On our recent trip from Seattle to Ohio, our range failed to work in the new 20MRB in Stanfield Or. Sent an email to the nearest Jayco dealer in Pocatella ID. Received an email back just before midnight from the general manager telling us to bring the White Hawk in as early as possible so they could look at it.

This is a copy from a post last month regarding a dealer who went above and beyond, IMHO:

Got up this A.M. and drove to Bish's RV. Corey Harward was calling me as I was walking in the door of their service department. Corey took his time to listen to what the problem was with the range. He then went in the trailer and turned on one of the burners and hit the piezo igniter. Sure enough, just like Murphy's Law in reverse, the burner lit up just as perfect as could be. He then checked all the burners, and all functioned well.

He inspected under the burner cover and crawled under the trailer and found nothing irregular. Corey said the obvious, it was hard to diagnose something that is working correctly. He charged us nothing for his time.

I cannot speak for all Jayco dealers, but I feel safe that if you are in Idaho and have a problem with your rig, do not hesitate to call one of Bish RVs locations. If each location's general manager is like the Pocatello's John Myer, you will be in good hands.

We take the 20MRB back to our original dealer next week to have a small list of warranty items fixed. I will post here how that goes after we get the rig back.

Team RV INC in Albany, GA. We are on our third unit from them in ten years. No problems at all with the first two units but this new 5th wheel had several major problems. Team RV INc, which is a family owned business, went out of their way to take care of all three problems. Hats off to them and I continue to go back for service.

The company in Traverse City has worked with us to find the right trailer. Highly recommend both of these guys!

Have bought 3 campers from Bob Stewart at his family dealership in St. Clairsville, Oh.(Stewart's RV) and couldn't be more pleased. Has made any needed repairs to my trailers without any problems.
On a recent trip to the southwest from our home, here in WV, a short time after I purchased my 33.5 RETS he even called to see how things were going and if I had any problems to give him a call and he would contact the nearest Jayco dealer for me and pave the way to get any help I needed.

Kind of hard to beat that kind of service.

How cool would this be? Imagine taking each entry, adding it to a spreadsheet that contains name, address, photo, URL, Hours, etc. and then applying that to a map creator (e.g. Easy Map Maker). The result would be something like Google Map that shows all the locations of trusted RV dealers, repair shops, parts suppliers, etc.

I'm no programmer but I could see the power and potential for an app like this that you could have on your phone and use while on the road.

I highly recommend Burton Campers, 320 Highway 304
Calera, AL 35040. They are on I65 south of Birmingham at exit #231. With I65 being a major north/south highway to the gulf coast I'm sure there are lots of Jayco's on the way to fun or back most of the time. Burton has treated me extremely well for the past 5 years.

We bought our "2015" Jayco 33RLDS from "Quality Products" in Plainwell, MI. Excellent dealer. Some of the best, most conscientious people I have ever bought from. They have a professional attitude and will make sure your unit is in excellent condition before delivering it to you.

Just bought our 1st camper ever from Hilltop RV in Brainerd, MN. They charge full retail for parts and supplies, but they are friendly, helpful, and I figure even if I have to pay a bit more, it's worth it to us to get the level of service we receive from them.

I'll share one worth knowing about. Knowing to stay away from that is.

Terrytown RV in Grand Rapids, MI. They have a horrible service department. Worst of the four dealers I have used by a long shot. Heard this same sentiment from 5 different people who bought their trailers there. I told several of them to stay away. They didn't listen and now they say they wish they had.

I'll give one more vote for Rick's RV Service in Joliet, Illinois. I have bought three motorhomes from them. I don't have many technical or mechanical skills, so I need a dealer who keeps my needs in mind and I've learned to rely on there judgment. Rick's is a family owned and operated business and makes you feel you are part of the family.

Rhones RV, Cogan Station PA. Excellent service, great selection and large parts and accessory store. They partner with dealer in #12 at the Hershey show, for really good deals.

Zabukovic Motors in Pueblo West, CO. We purchased our RV from them last year and had a great experience. They were very easy to deal with, didn't use pressure tactics, and gave us a very good deal on our Jayco 29MV. Their service dept. is very good (had to replace a water heater due to my mistake - they ordered it and replaced it in 2 days). Highly recommended.

We bought our new 5er from Northern RV in Quinnesec MI, in the Upper Peninsula of MI about 2 months ago. They have been fantastic to work with in getting initial bugs worked out as well as going the extra mile to assist with issues we've encountered while on the road. (We travel a lot!) will continue to recommend them to others.

Plemmons RV, NC

After shopping several months last year for our first RV, we decided that we really wanted a Greyhawk. Fortunately we found that the nearest Jayco dealer, Plemmons RV World, is one of the good guys.

They are an independent, second generation family firm with locations in Winston-Salem and Raleigh, NC. Their no-pressure sales operation was much appreciated and their service department has gone to great lengths to make us happy.

We have been very pleased with Plemmons. I truly hope that when we need a dealer someplace along the road that we find one as good.
