Dealership/Warranty Questions in AZ

I am wondering if anyone out there can tell me anything good or bad about my local Jayco dealerships. I live in Phoenix, and they are competing for my business. I just here so much about dealers not wanting to work on a trailer not purchased from them, or putting you to the back of the line when it comes to service work. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I would think that the dealership service departments, like their automotive counterparts work on their own P&L. I could be mistaken, but I can't see a service manager walking away from money on the table. I see guys posting about that all the time, but I would really like to hear from someone who has actually experienced this.

We are still waiting for a service man to work on our new 330RLTS. It seems that they are less attentive after the check clears the bank.
2011 Eagle 330RLTS with just about every option.
Dodge SRW 1 ton Cummins powered.

I was born with nothing and I still have most of it left.
