Delivery Times?

Anyone know how long it takes, delivery time, when ordering 2017 Eagle 321RSTS?

I get different answers?

Pretty much impossible to answer. Could be 2 months, could be 6 (hopefully a lot less). There's no default time line unfortunately.

Sorry, and yeah there are several that will probably chime in. It just seems to vary *greatly* depending on exactly what you ordered. That one extra item might add 2 months. After reading about a years worth of posts on here, seems like just shy of 3 months is about average.

I do appreciate the response. Didn't know if the sale of Jayco may have made delivery times better or worse.

Recent quote last week said current lead time for a Jayco Jayflight was 7-9 weeks.
I would plan on 9-12 weeks and you shouldn't be disappointed :-)

I would not make any reservations for a month or two after they promise it.

We've ordered twice and both took about 12 weeks from order to delivery.

That said, our first rig was so badly damaged when it arrived at the dealer that they refused delivery and ordered us a new unit. The new one arrived in 4 weeks.

It all depends on when that floor plan goes into production... if your order goes in the day after they changed from your trailer to another one you will wait till it goes back in production.. could be weeks or months depending on the backlog

Each line will probably be a little different so a delay like we are seeing on the Eagle TT line may not be the case on the Eagle HT, Whitehawk or JayFlight line.

We ordered in June, missed the cutoff for our floor plan by a week and were told 8-10 weeks. 9 weeks into our window, they then told us 20 weeks! At this point, I might just end up getting a 2018!

I would try and contact someone directly at Jayco to see what the current backlog is in regards to your particular model and go from there. Good Luck!

I just called Jayco Customer Service at 574-825-5861. They asked a couple of questions (where I lived, dealer, etc.) then said they would have someone call me back. Wasn't too long and our regional rep called me directly and was able to answer any questions I had.

Well, our unit came in just shy of 19 weeks so they beat their "worst case" prediction of 20 weeks. Let the games begin!

I got mine in about 8 weeks, from time of order to delivery from factory. So far I have been very pleased with. The only issue was a crack in the counter top in back corner by the cook top. You can't even see it unless you are really looking for it. Jayco already said they will replace it when I am ready. For now will use it until off season and schedule to have it replaced.

I feel that I got lucky. I ordered ours and must have got the order in right before they started the run. I ordered it the first week of April and picked it up the third week of May.

Like Bluejay40 and some others I'm sure, I went through a very long (IMO) wait. Ordered May 9th and was told 6 to 8 weeks. Shortly after, I read on this forum it would more likely be 8 to 12 weeks. It finally arrived at the dealership October 17th, 23 weeks later.

My conversation with my dealer after the arrival made it seem as if delivery times are going to be off for a while. He is saying that the RV industry as a whole experienced a much larger year over year growth than they expected and they are having a hard time keeping up. He said that Jayco told him, units ordered now would probably be arriving in March and anything he orders during or after the yearly RV show in January they could not promise delivery for next season.

This could all be smoke being blown up my rear, but I don't think so because his lot was sparse and he seemed genuinely concerned that he was not going to have units delivered in time for the show in January. Since he is storing my unit on his lot I jokingly said I better not see my unit at the show. You can bet I'll be there looking lol.

First post for me but I just ordered a 2017 355MBQS a couple weeks ago and the order form has an estimated delivery date of 4/26/2017. The dealer said that Jayco is estimating 4-5 months on all new orders.

Emailed Jayco's Business Development Manager, Entegra Coach/ Jayco Motorized, last week and she said 12 to 16 weeks for the Seneca.
