Exclamation Does anyone from JAYCO look here? If so....

The Jayco website needs interior photos or video tours of the interior of their campers. The layout floor plans just dont cut it. :lightning: I think a lot of customers pass up some great campers because they dont know what they look like inside.

If you go onto YouTube there are lots videos showing both the inside and outside of all the Jayco trailers. Jayco Dealers put the videos on there. Some of them are really funny to watch.

You tube is the reason I put this post up. Every other dealer has video tours on their web sites.

I think the pictures on dealers sites, and videos, are more up to date, and comprehensive.

I have seen as many as 100 pictures of a trailer on some sites. Jayco can't do that.

As far as I am aware, no one from Jayco comes here - at least not representing themselves as Jayco. We are a community of members helping members and completely independent of Jayco so I understand why they would not be here.

I have two suggestions - there is a "suggestion box" on the web site for things just like this. Number two (and probably more effective) - get on their Facebook page and make the suggestion. They are just appearing to be getting more into social media and they respond pretty quick to a lot of things there.

I know if i had a company and there were a collection of my customers like this pooled together, Id hang out here with regularity. Maybe not publicly, but Id see what my customers have to say.

I'd be surprized if Jayco didn't know about and visit this site regularly.

Well, gee! Thanks!

All seriousness aside, Facebook, Twitter, etc. are rife with security problems. I also haven't the time to keep up with them.

...and that is perfectly fine, but I was just giving another suggestion. I see someone from Jayco there everyday answering questions and forwarding questions. So, if you WERE a facebooker, then it would be another option.
