Does anyone know how to remove the drawers?

I need to do some work in behind our kitchen drawers as I am adding a countertop extension. We can't figure out how to remove them.. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks
Lady Wendolyn

I just removed mine today.

Pull the drawer out most of the way
On one side of the drawer there is a plastic finger you have to push up
On the other side of the drawer ther is a similar finger you have to push down.
Now with the fingers up/down pull the drawer all the way out.

Put back the drawer in a similar manner.

That's how ours work. If I recall right, the tabs are a dark color, so I could readily see them when I got my head down there.

When you get them out, you will be wanting to vacuum the area. Seems that the factory always leaves that item out.

On my '07 pull the drawer most of the way out and on the center slide on the bottom of the drawer you'll see a tapered white plastic piece that rides in the metal support/slide. There are 2 little raised squares on this plastic part. Don't remember if its at those squares, before or after them that I pushed the sides together to get the drawers to come out. If that's the type you have I'll check mine out tomorrow and refresh my memory.

I just had a spoon fall behind the stack of 4 drawers in the front of my 322FKS and could not figure out how to get them to come out. In the middle of the center tapered plastic guide that rides in the metal track I needed to push up on the center piece and it then moved up the far end, back, of the center piece so it missed the tab in the metal guide.

Not always the most easy to figure out until you see it done once.

5 years later and this post is still paying dividends. I did the outdoor kitchen sink upgrade yesterday. Took me 15 minutes. Thank you!!

Ps. I would mention that I didn't need to remove the middle blanking panel. I removed the left drawer, did the hot water side....removed the right stove side and did the cold water side....and put everything back. Quick and clean.
Ohh and I too shop-vac'ed the bits of wood and metal that Jayco left behind
