Downspouts for front gutters?

On both my old Jayco and now my new Starcraft the front gutters pour the water right onto the middle of the outside storage hatch cover if I'm trying to get to something in the rain. Has anyone worked out any sort of downspout to channel the water away from hatch? I was thinking some plastic tubing fitted over the gutter end and then coming down along the front edge? But how to fasten it to the trailer without holes that might leak in the future? And please, I know duct (not duck) tape will fix anything but it's not pretty on my brand new toy. Thanks everyone.

Here's a start..... Somewhere I read of a person slipping a foam tube over the end of the gutter. I don't know if it was like a 'pool noodle' or foam pipe insulation and I have no information on the diameter or length.

I always level the camper a touch nose high. All the water runs off the back spouts... Plus when laying in bed that makes your head just a touch higher than your feet which is what I prefer...

We always use a pool noodle over spout works great.

I put the end in 5 gallon bucket then use the water to douse the campfire.

You will surprised how much water you can collect.

Also helps keeping your site dryer when the rains come. I have two buckets with a hose connection at the bottom of each and in the rain I can place a hose where the water will run away from under awning.
