Since you asked for recommendations, I would go with a Barker 3500. Built in Michigan, not Asia.

Electric Tongue Jack Question
If you've never had an electric tongue jack, be prepared to be in heaven. I'll never own a trailer without one again. Makes hooking up or disconnecting a 2 minute affair, tops, with my equalizer hitch.

That was the first "toy" I bought for our 1985 TT. Every trailer after that had one.

I agree they are great! I also agree on the Barker. I have had mine for over 2 years and have not had any problems.

I own this jack and I really like it. I wouldn't go back to cranking by hand ever again! http://www.amazon.com/Husky-87247-45.../dp/B004OK77L2

get the most powerful one you can... you will not regret it. In an emergency I can actually change the rear truck tire using it <not recommended tho>

Not to be different, but I have had several Atwood electric jacks over the years, with not one problem, period. There are several different weight ranges to choose from. JMHO

The only problem for the Barker, to me at least, is you can not put a wheel on it. I have to move my HTT into a very tight space and having the ability to put a wheel on the jack and move it those last couple of feet really helps. Without the wheel I would have to spend way to much money on a heavy electric dolly. I just ordered that Huskey looked like the best one for my money.
