Faith in JAYCO reinforced

As I've said before we have always had great customer service from JAYCO and that statement was just reinforced. The A/C-H/P (Coleman) on our PINNACLE had a mind of it's own. The compressor would run, run and shut off and sometimes not run. This occurred in both cool and heat. Had a service Tech out last Friday and to make a long story short we have a new unit on the roof today. Coleman told the Tech and JAYCO what was wrong, turns out the reversing valve was sticking and not replaceable, JAYCO talked to both and today all is good.

All costs being reimbursed by JAYCO and we never left our site.

So since we always have bad posted here I thought I had to definitely post the good.

Right. A call to COLEMAN, the service Tech and then JAYCO and they all got together and I'm now a Happy (Grumpy) Camper.

I called the Tech after talking to Coleman because they were going to cover it since they thought it was the control box which they would have shipped direct.

Thanks for posting, Grumpy! You're right. We do hear a lot of negative reports, so it's always nice to hear about a positive outcome. Gives us all some faith in our buying decisions!
