Fatalities involving 18 wheeler

according to local TV, the rear trailer wheels came off the trailer while going down two lane. Driver lost control, rig slid sideways down highway with one know fatality in vehicle that slammed trailer.

It can happen in a blink of the eye and we will be gone.
