It was a bad one. Biggest threat has passed my area I think. The city's emergency sirens sounded at one point. Last I heard 7 tornadoes touched down around the metroplex.

We made it unscathed.

A few areas hit hard by tornadoes, but not my neighborhood.

Thoughts and prayers with everyone in and around the Dallas/Ft Worth area. My parents live in Carrolton and thank God were spared. As someone who recently experienced the destruction these **** things cause (our 2011 was struck and destroyed back on Feb 29) I hope and pray no lives were lost. Houses, vehicles and campers can always be replaced.

Unofficial count is 12 tornados in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Best news is that so far no fatalities!!!! It was a CRAZY day here, very glad it's over!!

Lots of damage, but most of it was localized in small areas. Most of us saw nothing but rain and a little hail.
