Frigidaire Microwave/convection oven problems

I have had a problem with Frigidaire microwave/convection oven Model CFMV152CLBA. Trying to get the warranty work done on the road has been difficult. I have discovered from other RV owners that they also have had problems with this model. I read on line Keystone recalled almost 2 thousand units to change out the micro. I am wondering of other Jayco owners have also had a problem with this micro oven combination.

Not sure what model we have but I did get a recall on the touch pad to be replaced . They say it starts on its on sometime. I will probably get it fixed this spring. My understanding they will come out to you and fix

There is a recall from Jayco. This info is from the Good Sam Club Sam Alert info.

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 Seneca, Pinnacle, and Eagle Premier, and 2014 Precept motorhomes and fifth wheels manufactured January 14, 2013, through August 26, 2013, and equipped with Electrolux/Frigidaire KG series microwaves, models CFMV152CLB and CFMV154CLS, manufactured January 27, 2013, through April 10, 2013, in the serial number range KG30607951 through KG31600670. In the affected vehicles, the microwave may start on its own and begin heating when unattended.

Not sure if you are having the problem described but the model number matches yours. Hope you are able to get it fixed or replaced.

Thanks for the info. That is the model I have. I will contact the service provider and let him know of this. Wish Jayco sent out the information.

You may not be registered correctly. Most componants require further registration and you should check that your unit was registered by your delivering dealer. I did get a notice from Jayco, but my unit was not an affected one.
