Hanging laundry bag?
I'm getting ready for my upcoming motor home rental trip and I realized I need something for my dirty laundry. It has a small closet with a clothes rod, so I was thinking of something that hangs. I've not really found much on the internet and I'm hoping folks on this list will post their recommendations as to what all they do with their laundry. Hopefully it'll be something I can use to haul it in and out of the laundry room at the campgrounds. And my clothes won't get stinky after hanging for a week or longer. I'm renting a Redhawk 28XK, if that's of any help. Thanks much!

Sometimes you have to get real creative, We buy the flimsy mesh fold up laundry holders from Walmart. They fold flat when not in use. When one is full we hide it somewhere else till wash day.

Gosh, an old Army laundry bag (any size) works for us! It is rough-and-tough, hangs on the hooks, I can set it on the floor or in the dirt, then throw it in with the dark colors as it is well-worn cotton canvas. And when it makes it through the cycles, I just pack the clean-stuff in it, sling it over my shoulder and hike back to the TT. Works like a charm!! As an added bonus, check-out the military top-load gear bags for your storage lockers ~ so many uses!

It's amazing how "in the way" the dirty laundry bags end up being. So now I have a bed that comes up on the hinge so my laundry is just tossed in that area. You know those really expensive "31" brand totes people get? Well I found a knockoff and at the time, they were like $5 but shipping was high unless you got 5 which I did and I use them for EVERYTHING including laundry. (I used them to move my clothes, etc when I moved houses) They're $8 apiece now but free shipping on Amazon Prime.

We just use the popup mesh type as these are light and pack away to nothing when not in use. Hanging will only get in your way more IMHO.

I'm not sure what your setup is but I've always used a laundry basket that we keep in the tub/shower. (We shower in the campground shower house.) Has worked well for us for 20+ years!

One thing's for sure, there's a hundred ways to do things in an RV and many of them are often not graceful. We use the folding mesh laundry bags. They just sit on a bench that doesn't really get used for sitting. The handles make them easy to pick up and move if need be. It's worked for us for many years.

Thanks everyone. I just ordered a pop up mesh bag through Amazon; it'll be there Thursday so I have plenty of time to test it out ahead of time.

We use a mesh laundry bag as well. it allows the towels to get air and when not in use does not take up any space.

I agree with gloryb. We use the clothes basket to carry the clean clothes to the trailer, then the dirty ones to the laundry.
