Has anyone installed a Silver Top Awning?

I have a 2012 Jayco 32 BHDS and was wondering if anyone has installed a Silver Top Hard roof permanent awning? I just bought one and having it installed. Seems scary, it takes a lot of screws through the side of the trailer.
The tops are great when done

Those look really nice. I can see were they would be good if you were hosting or staying in one place for an extended period of time.

I have a 2014 Jayco Eagle that I keep in a campground in Maine. I am looking at a Silver top 2 way awning to add to my trailer. From what I understand you simply remove the roll up awning the new two way attaches to awning rail without any screws. When you leave at end of season you simply drop the railing so it is against the trailer. Don't know that I would start putting screws through the sidewall of trailer. What would this do you your warranty?
