Has anyone visited or purchased from this site?

I was sitting wasting some time on the computer and found this site. Be aware that it only seems to work with internet explorer. I don't use internet explorer, so I ended up downloading and installing it just to view the site. Anyways, it seems to list a decent amount of various parts for all years of Jayco products. Has anyone else visited or purchased items from here?

Never ran across the web site before, but there is useful information there...., just a little surprised it's for public viewing. The data is formatted like it's right from Jayco's internal system.

The phone number and text used can be traced back to "Country RV", what seems to be a Jayco dealership in Arizona:

http://whitemountainrvdealer.com/parts.php

Note: Once into the RV dealership web site, after clicking the "RV Parts" tab, the text references a "World Wide RV" (?), and the "RV Parts on-line" link is dead.

... interesting. The drop down menu for 2011 x17Z, shows the x17A floorplan. Many of the parts would be the same, but not all.

In FF I don't see the parts list when you select from the drop down menu

There was a thread earlier in the year about the fan/light combo units and how do you buy them. I can see them and the outlet they plug in to. Interesting

The "Jayco Spare Parts Listing" link that member 'krackeer' found would be a great "STICKY" candidate along side the "Jayco Owners Manual" sticky in the "General Jayco RV Chat" forum.

Good idea - rather than create a new Sticky, I combined it with the Manuals thread and changed the subject.

I use Firefox as well. The site does work.....right up to the point of giving you any useful information....then it fails. Why any vendor would choose to restrict their market to only Internet Explorer users is a definite puzzlement.

I also use FF, and everything works fine up and until you get to a parts listing. Then there is a screen asking for part numbers or descriptions, but will not allow you to enter anything. Don't know why, but very frustrating.

Not working with my IE either, and I tried it at the World Wide RV's web site.

World Wide RV: http://www.worldwiderv.com/ then click on "Jayco Factory Direct" logo on the right, then on "Jayco Parts Direct" third paragraph down.

Will have to watch and see if it comes back up.

It does get very far using GOOGLE CHROME... Internet Explorer always gets into trouble here being "ON" along time. Uses too much memory I guess.

Someone linked to this program a few weeks back on RV NET I think...
