We purchased our '16 Jayco Grey Hawk 29MV from Dixie RV Supercenter. They made us feel like family .... at a great family price. Just 17 miles from home......

We bought ours from The Trail Center in North Charleston, SC.

A whopping 17 mile drive one way.

Drove right past a hometown Jayco dealer and went 650 miles roundtrip to buy ours and saved $4,000! local sales guy thought I was bluffing so I peeled back in with it and showed it to him with sales paperwork.

He wouldn't even accept a faxed copy of the buyers agreement to match the price...he thought I was just trying to lowball him...

The dealership owner just happened to be there when I was talking to him...heard the story...and was some kind of teed off at his salesman. I still ended up buying quite a few accessories while I was there... That's where I want a good local dealership..do they have stuff when I need it

already took my trailer to the local dealership for some warranty work...not an ounce of trouble. scheduled appointment and dropped it off. Completed in 2 weeks

That's a great story Spud! Glad the local guy took care of your warranty work without issues too!

I doubt he was too upset. Seems to be a common theme. Lots of buyers I call, "Big Fish". They do not know how deep of a discount they can get. They would rather keep their inventory for them.

NONE of my local dealers would play ball and I have at least 10 dealers in the greater Houston area.

Same story. And that is why I went to Middlebury, IN. to pick mine up.
