How much weight can a TT roof hold?

We just got 16 inches of heavy snow here in southern Indiana. I spent the entire day digging out. OOOH, my back! We just regained power to the house. I don't have any manuals here and I can't get to the storage facility because of road conditions. I'm a little concerned about the roof on my Eagle 320. I was thinking about going over tomorrow if possible, and removing as much snow as I can. Any thoughts?

There was a post about a month ago on this subject.
Best I remember, general concensus was if you get 16"-24" and can safely push some off, do so.
24" broom or snow rake.
Just be careful and if you get down to a couple inches you're good. That way you won't have any chance of scrapping you caulking etc.

As you can see from my signature picture we live in snow country at the East end of lake Ontario. 200"+. I do remove the snow from our RV roof. If I don't the snow melts between storms and the resulting melt (water) soaks into the bottom snow resulting in a very wet heavy pile. Eventually it turns to ice when the cold temps return. I try to remove as much as possible from a ladder, but if it is very wet heavy snow i do get on the roof to clean it. I am careful to leave a couple inches of snow to protect the roof from me and the shovel.

Just remember it is a RUBBER ROOF and can rip easily.

If you have a leaf blower that may work if the snow is not wet. I also have a floor squeegee that is rubber if it's wet. But that's just my opinion my trailer is in a building
