Just wanted to say, stay safe fellow members in Matthews path. Praying for your safety.

Thanks, We left Charleston over a week ago on a trip to N Ga and W. NC. Perfect timing for us but we have been pre occupied with getting neighbors to make a few adjustments at our home on James Island and making sure our kids and grands and older parents are ok and where they are.

If this storm does major damage to our home we will be headed home but otherwise we plan to continue our trip.

I hope that Matthew does not pivot completely and hit Florida again, but I am glad that it is supposed to turn east and spare North Carolina's coast a direct hit.
