Had a conference call with Winegard and DTV, they had me order a multi-switch to use my existing Genie receiver boxes. Now, although the hubby is following the written manual directions (unbelievable!), there is some confusion when he gets to the splitter on page 5 all halts, so he left to buy a 2nd splitter!

And if this isn't done by kick off at 1pm, the day is done! Got to watch the Seahawks!
Any advice? Thanks in advance! (Where can I locate a tech to come out?) The local RV shop makes you bring it in, Winegard nor DTV send techs out.

Many on here, including myself, would be more than happy to try and help, but unfortunately, it just isn't going to happen in the timeframe your hoping for, especially when you don't even have the setup wired yet.
Also, DirecTV tech visits can take a week, maybe two, and sometimes longer to get scheduled.
A general rule to follow in regards to satellite setups is that the more your willing to pay, the more "plug and play" the setup will be. Unfortunately, you have chosen probably the most involved setup by picking a tripod dish that is not SWM compatible and wanting to use a SWM only receiver (Genie) with it.
Maybe we can work to get it all wired and working before the NEXT game?
