Cooling system is likely different, larger radiator, oil cooler, trans cooler would be needed to tolerate the higher level of heat from the larger engine, undersized radiator wouldn't keep up.
Suspension is likely the same across the 1500 line unless you get into off road, heavy tow, and heavy payload type packages, where there better be some differences for what some of those packages cost.
I'll use my Silverado as an example. This pertains to electronics, but demonstrates my part commonality point. My previous truck had the nifty DIC with many functions. My next silverado didn't have the buttons for the dic, however, the functionality was there, the wiring was in place, just missing the buttons. A 60 dollar order from Amazon for the switch in a new dash panel that I just had to plug in, and the DIC is back. It is cheaper for GM to use that same harness across multiple lines than to design, test, and maintain a separate part number for trucks with or without the DIC.
The designers will use the same parts as much as possible, or they will suffer the wrath of the corporate bean counters for negatively affecting the bottom line.

Chances are the front springs have different rates to accommodate different motor weights, but handling characteristics would be similar between the two trucks. Should be no difference in the rear suspension at all. (Between two trucks with the same equipment packages.)

My concern would be oil cooler and trans cooler, as my Hemi is equipped with both.

Thanks for the post. I was getting worried as there was a few terse comments. But due to the interest it seems as though some very useful information has come out.. No guarantees, but if I can I may call my dodge dealer and ask about my model of truck to try and get a definitive answer..

Hypothetically, wait, not actually, I solved my GCVWR issues today. Bought a 1996 F350 with 7.3 powerstroke. That'll pull my 26BH, right? .... Haha

Sold the 1995 F-150 for a really good price, put a couple hundred with it, and so now my beat around truck will pull the full GVWR of the TT AND the family. I'll save the extra money I spent on it in gas by not having to travel with 2 vehicles, like we planned to pulling with the explorer.

Ehh? Now I'm a hypothetical, asinine criminal, ya? Thought you said you were a wrench puller, I missed the lawyer part of the resume.
The lower tow rating in this whole hypothetical quiz is because of the pulling power of the engine. As has been pointed out, it is the same truck as a 5.7 hemi 1/2 ton, other than the less powerful engine.
Fear not if you see me on the road, for you are safe. I pull my 8,500 lb. 5th wheel with a 3/4 ton diesel. But alas, we all know that pulling with anything less that a 1 ton diesel dually is just " criminal".
