Internet Certified Dealer ???

Yeah, when I spotted the "Internet Certified" I found this description but it doesn't really say why they're special. In the description I see "friendly" twice plus "expert", "flexible" and "abide by ...". The only hard data I see is that I get a response to my e-mail within 24 hours. They make reference to the "Jayco's online sales policies and guidelines".
"Guidelines" sounds like traffic laws in Europe, more of a suggestion.
I'm just wondering why I care about my TT dealer being "Internet Cert'd", if he's not "friendly, expert, flexible..." he won't see any of my $$$.
On a related note, I notice that Camping World is now a Jayco dealer. I'd thought some but not all were but they all seem to be now.

Not sure if RVdirect is internet certified or not, but they will get you a quote FAST and accurate, knew about the product, must have followed Jayco`s guidelines to be selling them this long, and were professional to me.

That was my experience also and I've not seen any reference to them being "Cert'd".
