It must be Spring!

You can tell Spring fever is in the air. So many new Jayco owners either with their first trailer ever, upgrading to a new rig or discovering this forum for the first time. It's great to see the excitement in the posts. My next door neighbor told me yesterday that she and her husband just bought a 2017 Jayco TT which they will pick up on Friday. They are upgrading from an older '80's model C class. Gotta love this time of year, especially for those of us who hibernate for the Winter

We fit the new Jayco owner criteria. Had our first trip this past weekend and to start the warranty list. So far that list is extremely short and hope it remains that way. Is it coincidence that the best weather is always the day you leave?

We drove to Denver a few days ago, and the RVs are definitely beginning to come out. Lots of Jaycos. We even saw a Melbourne 24 on I-80 - first time we've seen one other than ours or on a dealer lot since we purchased it last May.

I gotta be honest, I do enjoy having always lived where spring is really just a date and not an event.

I ride the motorcycle to work everyday and only took the truck 4 times in the last year and I anticipate only having to temporarily winterize the trailer a couple of times a year...

Ditto from the 'other side' of Mingus...(& minus the motorcycle, working, and always lived here ).

An interesting game to play while you are driving a long distance is to count the number of RVs traveling in the opposite direction. Driving I-84 through the Columbia Gorge, about 1 out of every 10-12 vehicles seems to be an RV.
