Jayco 1007 Popup - Water Filter

Hi,
Has anyone added a water filter to their 1007 popup? Making my first trip with our new (used)1007 this weekend and didn't think about it until the girlfriend brought it up! Thank you

Not sure if you mean a whole trailer water filter or just for the kitchen faucet but I have seen a lot of whole trailer filters on campers. I use this:

We don't drink the water so I cant comment on that. We always carry bottled water. When we camped earlier this month, I noticed the majority of campers with a whole trailer filter had this same one.

You can get this same filter at walmart cheaper and it works very well. As SouthCo said, you will find a majority of campers will have one hooked up to their TT. I wouldn't hook up water without one

I've used that filter for years. Actually just picked up a new one for the new trailer. They do a very good job of filtering for taste & odor. Just make sure you run water through it for a minute or two - to get rid of the loose charcoal - before inserting it into your fill inlet. I store it in the refer between uses to inhibit bacteria growth.
