We have found that most rv dealers have parts for many of the appliances found in Jayco rvs- But specialty parts unique to Jayco must be ordered from a Jayco franchise- Jayco does not ship to individuals- The parts I have ordered through a dealer have been pricy because the dealers charge for the freight- Freight charges can be as much as the part cost- JMHO- DD

Bummer....I was hoping I could buy from Jayco direct. My local dealer can get them, but I was trying to avoid that for the reasons you mention.
Thanks !

You might try this link. It says their catalog is down for maintenance, but they give a number to call.
Can't vouch for them, haven't needed any parts. http://www.jaycorvparts.com/

I checked this link today and the catalog is up and running. Looks like a good resource for OEM parts.
