Kudos to Jayco

We picked up our 2015 White Hawk 27DSRL earlier this year from a dealer in Iowa. When we got home to California we noticed the bumper barbecue was missing the hose and the extension arm. We contacted the dealer several times and after 4 months still no replacement parts. We then called Jayco customer service, explained the situation and the next week the parts were delivered. Kudos to Jayco, it's the little things that make you recommend a Jayco to friends and family.
