Went to the show in Hershey PA. I found out what I'm looking for is rather hard to find. Was hoping to get an A class with Diesel engine that would fit in my 34' long garage. All the diesel powered A class seem to be 2-3' to long. Every A class that would fit in my 34' garage has the 6.8 V10 Ford engine. Using that engine with that size MH, the towing capacity is only 5,000lb. I want to flat tow a Chevy Silverado & need the torque, hp & mpg that a diesel can deliver. I see that banks power can be installed on the V10 Ford that greatly increases the engines power, but probably cost about 5k to install. To me that is settling for 2nd & I'd rather put that money towards a diesel. Now I'm thinking I need a garage about 40' long to get things the way I want them.

Yes the problem is sometimes they just don't make the things the size and with the powerplant you want. I had a 32 foot class A with the 460 efi ford and pulled a 4500 pound boat with it but it ran that engine pretty hard .... good luck
