Left awning speaker is dead.

Anything I can trouble shoot? I tried the balance and zones etc. Both interior speakers work and right side out speaker works

I had a similar problem with the right, I took the stereo out, checked the wiring for any poor connections, removed motor housing checked speaker connection there and was disappointed I didn't find anything wrong. Put it all back together and it has magically worked since.

We had a a similar problem with our left outside awning speaker. It became crackly, distorted and worked intermittently. The dealer replaced it because the speaker itself had gone bad.

I have had problems with the push on connectors on the outside speakers from time to time. Cleaning them and tightening the connector with a pair of needle nose pliers has fixed mine every time.

It seemed like a bad connector as It's working now after I got up there and jiggled the wire then tighten it.

I have one speaker that sounds like its blown and the other one is now completely missing. Looks like it came unglued and fell out. Think they will warranty that trailer is only 3 weeks old?

Call them. No reason it would not be a warranty item.

My TT is 8 months old and they replaced my speaker under warranty without batting an eye.

The speakers they put in are junk. The first season we had out TT, I noticed one of the ceiling speakers rattling. I removed it and found the paper cone had separated from the speaker frame. The cheap Chinese speakers were replaced with some better quality car speakers.
