Living in a Jayco 28' Eagle Quest

Getting ready to move everything south to the Smokey Mountains of NC. We have a house down there we're about to close on but have some commitments here in New England that need to be met. So we'll probably be here through the summer. So...I am interested in buying a 1999 Jayco Eagle Quest 28' Travel Trailer. from Craigs list. We'd like to use it for our residence till we head south and then use it to do long weekend trips. I can't seem to find much info on it for towing weight, I have a GMC 1500 short box reg cap pickup rated for 8200 lbs, or if it was a good trailer or one of the off years so many companies can have. What to look for etc. The thing is nice, clean and not beat up. Wego see it on Friday this week. Any input! Thanks
