Jayco saves the day

Jayco sent me to another dealer. When I called, the service manager chuckled a bit about the other dealer no longer servicing popups.

Good morning.

The next closest dealer is:

CAMPING WORLD RV SALES
9801 DIAMOND DRIVE
NORTH LITTLE ROCK AR 72117

Just to add my two cents. I called a dealer who is close to my home (not were I purchased my trailer) and, ask them about adding on some components and if I ever needed warrenty work if they would also take care of that ( they are a authorized Jayco dealer). I recieved an E-mail from there service department saying they would be more then HAPPY to take care of any additions I would like installed BUT, would not do any warranty work as I did not purchase from them. I called and wrote to Jayco and advised them as to the situation and was told all there dealers are independent and Jayco Cannot control them. I mentioned that Jayco should hold all their dealers to higher standards and if they don't want to repair Jayco,s under warranty they should drop those dealers. I felt that Jayco had a good reputation and customer service, that's why I bought a Jayco. I followed up my letter to Jayco stating my displeasure with the response they had given me. The dealer is Van's RV Center in CT. I heard they are very reputable but, cannot understand their refusal to do Jayco warranty work.

Who is the Az dealer Mike.. I want to make sure I don't give them any of my hard earned $$$$..
