look at this bike rack
Check out this rear bumper mount bike rack. It looks like it uses the bumper supports for the mount. 1st questions do you think this would work good with out having to do extra support to the bumper? ( I think so)
2nd questions where can you buy it? (I checked camping world already)

If I remember correctly, Sabre is a Forest River product, and the rack is an option available only within their (Forest River) line of trailers, I also believe that the bumper is built to handle the rack, and it's rated at 150 lbs max.
You can check with the guys on Forest River Owners forum, there are a few of them using them.
Ultimately, you could have one custom welded, but I would be sure to have the bumper part of the custom upgrade.

Couple things to remember about that one or one you have made - when it folds up, look at how their ladder is. I know I could not get that one on my trailer because I don't have a two piece ladder. If I had one custom made, then I could just have it move over, but then I would loose about 12 inches of width. I know that on my trailer that I could not mount a rack like that anyway. There is only a couple of inches between my bumper now and the back of my trailer, maybe less. Those mounts are wider than that. I think the bumper in that picture is probably about 4 inches away from the back of the trailer giving more room for the rack mounts to reach the actual frame. I know Jayco has/had an option for my trailer with a rack with that shape that pushes under the trailer. I think because I have the electric jacks that I could only get one or the other. My assumption is the Jayco rack and the electric jacks probably use that same mounting location so it's one or the other.

The rack has mixed reviews on their forum. I kinda like the idea myself, but not sure it's any better than the other way.
Main thing to consider with the rear bike rack is the dynamic load. Found a couple better pictures that shows how it mounts.

I have a 2013 Eagle 314BDS and I purchased this bike rack from a JOF member and added it my TT. This one slides under the TT.
It does require relocating the rear stab jacks.

I have the same one and didn't relocate the stab jacks. The rack had provisions to mount them on to it. I prefer it too as I need less wood to meet the ground at the majority of places we camp..

Can you both take some pictures of where the mounts and the jacks are attached to the frame? I assume neither of your trailers have electric jacks? I think that is why I couldn't order the rack for my trailer

Just for some peace of mind wouldnt hurt to bolt up some 2x2 angle iron along that outer edge to help distribute the load across the bumper and just not at those support arms.

I have seen the Jayco rack with electric jacks. I have the manual ones and they bolt directly to the rack itself. The rack uses the mounts the jack used and the jacks then bolts to the rack.

I guess that proves two things. It should fit my trailer and dealers will tell you anything to make a sale. Either they didn't check that it would fit, didn't have one in stock or just didn't care.

I got mine on Craigslist for cheap. The only thing you need to make sure is that you have the 3 square pads welded to the frame from the factory on each side to accept the rack. One on each side has the jacks on them and the other two nothing. I just needed to buy some new bolts and I was good to go.

I just ran across this bike rack/cargo rack. I think I am going to just have a receiver put on my trailer and then go with this rack. I have a bike rack already, but this one looks like it will be a lot more useful.
