I am thinking about replacing the T style low point drains on my TT, they are a pain to operate.
What I was thinking was to find a 1/4 turn ball valve similar to something that might be in a home bathroom.
Has anyone replaced these and/or does somebody have a suggestion on where to find something like this so I don't have to invest a good bit of time looking.
Mine were not seating properly and would drip. I popped the stainless steel clip off, pulled the stem out, installed a new o-ring, lubricated it with some Dow Corning 111 grease, reassembled and life is now good once again.

I'm gonna have to try this. Mine are VERY touchy and if they're not JUST right, they leak. I don't keep a lot of fresh water on board, so what I do have is pretty important and I don't need it leaking out on the ground...

I did the same thing but I lubed mine with Vaseline and bought spare o-rings as well. Now they pop out easily with a quick twist and no leaks at all.
