Man do I need to go camping/ RV Show

Haven't posted in a while, I think I'm just getting over my Winter light depravation garbage, no matter how hard I try I just get the blues and lethargic during the winter, thank goodness the DW and I had a Friday off in February and after being glued to the weather forecast it turned out nice enough to go out for a long weekend at a local campground.
March is here and it's unseasonably warm but I'm stuck trying to get all the early yard work in, and it's a tough month at work with inventory involved so April can't get here fast enough!!
The DW and I attended the Greater Atlanta RV Show last weekend, I really wanted to be able to spend a lot of time checking out 5ers even though it will be a few years. I was really disappointed that only one Eagle was there. They had two Pinnacles and three or four Eagle HT's but I was really bummed because Eagle is the front runner right now, that's what happens when Camping World has a lock on the majority of Jayco TT and 5th's sold in the Metro ATL I guess.
Last May we got our first TT, didn't know squat, and I came here for all the obvious reasons. At least I'm a novice now and could actually answer some questions for folks (What is the Four Seasons Package?), or quietly whisper advice to do their own research to one couple being given the old "your TV can handle it , don't worry" routine. I have lots of great people and a little real life experience to give credit to for that.
Well, I won't take anymore of your time, thanks for letting me have a 'Dear Diary" moment and Lord get me to camping season!!!!!!

I sure can relate to that! The winter was very mild here in WNY, it must be mid 60's now. We went to the central NY show last week, and kinda took to the Eagle 323LKTS. Not in our immediate future, either, but nice to dream about. It was the first day of the show, so not crowded at all. June's reservation seems such a long time out.

Amen! On the 5er its gonna be the eternal size and comfort vs. size and mobility/camp site options choice and I'm looking forward to the decision. Meanwhile we're loving our FSB!

Couldn't believe it actually hit 80 here in Lancaster PA today, so I pinched myself and made our first campground reservation of the season for Mothers Day weekend at Circle M. We'll get to try out our new 23RLSW!

Everyone getting the fever time to hit the road! PS grew up on the north border of NY state moved south at 18. My winter memories are of nothing but having fun outdoors, gotta think though it's gotta be a lot less fun as a grown up!

Traded in a 5th wheel last October on a 29MV. Drove it home, covered it and hasn't moved since. Haven't even slept in it. Got the camping itch bad. Going Easter weekend for first trip.
