Since you have two access holes, I'll bet (sometimes I lose my bets) you have self-adjusting brakes. Darn strange that Jayco doesn't advertise that in the 2010 brochure.
Good idea to have someone take a look at your brakes to make sure all is well; maybe time to re-grease wheel bearings, too.

You may loose a bet if you made one.
My 04 25E had one hole in the backing plates they were the adjustable brakes. I just replaced all 4 of the backing plate assembly's and the new assembly's which are all of the adjustable type had TWO holes in them.
It would make sense that Dexter would use just one style of backing plate and from this I would say the plates are of the TWO hole type But I won't make any bets on that statement
However I will say that no matter if you have ONE or TWO holes you should be able to look and see the adjusting star wheel
