New 5th Wheel
Dealer told me today my RV has been released to the shipping department and will be at the dealer in about a week. I can wait for our new 377RLBH!!!!!

What dealer did you use? We ordered ours on Jan. 17, had an online date of March 13, but have heard nothing from our dealer since.

We went with Garick RV in Oak Ridge, New Jersey. The dealer is on Route 23 in north Jersey. Salesperson is Mike Mapes. I do not care for most of the sales people I come in contact with but this guy was different. He always found out the answers to my many questions & got back to me. He was not a pest! When I asked about the vin number he responded as soon as it was available. Told me the date it was estimated to be completed, March 20. He let me know it was finished & would be shipped in about a week. I had quotes from two other dealers & Garicks RV was in the middle. The other dealers never returned my calls.
Your about an hour from me. What dealer did u go with.

We went to Fretz in Souderton. When I spoke to our dealer today, he apologized for not keeping in contact. They have been really busy. He went out of his way to make sure we could see it today and got us in as soon as he could for delivery.

One of the dealers was Fretz, we heard good things about them. We made it very clear to all three dealers that I was buying a North Point & my friend was buying a North Point. My friend had a very good talk with the factory rep at the Hershey show on these trailers. The ansewers to our questions we had for the dealers varied a little, but Garick RV found the correct answers and got back to us. The other two dealers were "apologizing" for not getting back to us. Another one of my friends didn't have a problem with the sales or service with Fretz.
Sometimes I think it's a hit & miss with these dealers.
