Got our 2014 30dsre last May. Just got back from a 3000 mile roadtrip to the gulf coast. The WH performed extremely well. No real issues. Suspect you will love your's too.

Throw out your questions as they come up. For instance if you can't find the tstate on/off on your mini fridge, its on the outside top all the way to the back and can only be accessed thru the storage bay and making a blind reach thru an access cut in the paneling.

The entire Whitehawk line looks very enticing. I've walked through quite a few on my own and drug the wife and kids by for a walk through once. Haven't been able to save enough yet but it's on our list. Congrats on a great buy and enjoy!

Pick up our 2014 30DSQB on Feb 17...performed well on the trip home(hour and a half) in an extremely gusty wind.....has performed well sitting on the back drive since then, sitting in it dreaming..LOL....have made a few modification during this time....scared to pull it back through the yard due to recent NE Arkansas snow/sleet storms and now the thaw...probably would sink to China....it'll happen one of these days!!!!

Ours ends with "QB" which I thought stands for "Quad Bunks" because we have 4 bunks on the tail end.....Yours ends in "RE" which I was told stands for "rear entertainment"....don't know what the "DS" means.

I thought about that for the "DS", however it is only one slide, but it's for both dinette and sofa.

I'm now seeing on one dealers website that the "DS" on our model is for "Deep Slide".

Welcome

We bought our 27 White Hawk in 2012. Traveled from Florida to Maine for a three month trip. Even took the dog. Welcome to the form.

No, I don't think so, because our 30DSQB has only one slide.....I think it is for "Deep Slide"...some slide don't extend as far as others.....the QB is for "Quad Bunks".

We bought our 2014 Whitehawk 30DSRE in Sep and spent about 14 nights in it before the frost set in. So far we love it. Very warm with the fireplace. Tows great behind our Chevy 1500 longbed truck but will be upgrading that this summer since we want to throw the 4 wheeler in the truck bed and the 1500 would be over GVWR.

Enjoy it, keep a journal book in the camper, have a great camping season.

We are looking at one of these right now. It is a very nice unit and somewhat unique. One, is that 4300 something weight correct? That is extremely light for a 28 foot with a slide of any sort. It is a consistent weight in all literature, but wow. Two, it is unique in that it has a bedroom with a door and NO Bunks, BUT has a couch you can sleep on (as in longer than 68 inches). That center oriented kitchen/sink up against the front bedroom wall is also somewhat unique but quite a nice layout for our needs.

Negatives I see is no fan in the ceiling in the bathroom.... OH, that is about the only negative I see so far except for those niggling delamination questions that do NOT seem to be a problem yet with White Hawks. It would be nice to have at least one of those refridgerators on the outside or even an outdoor kitchen, but that has it's downsides too I am thinking and with the kitchen JUST inside the door, that's pretty darn close to it.

So, any feedback on the White Hawk 24 RBS specifically would be much appreciated. Oh, and this would be a sharp move to the darkside so don't tell anyone over at Pop-Up Explorer...
