overnightrvparking.com?

Hi,

This site catalogs over 13,000 free overnight parking across the USA/Canada. It has a $24.95 annual membership fee. The RVGeeks recommend it, but before joining I was wondering whether anyone here is a member. If so, what's your experience been with the site? Is it worth it? Thanks in advance.

I'm looking forward to any comments. I've been happily using RV Parky and All Stays for the same info.

Or you can just go to freecampsites.net and it won't cost you a dime.

Mikey, there are so many free apps and websites with great information, I don't like paying someone else for free listings. Not digging the site just feel like they are making unearned money off of you. It gets you camping so good results in the end either way.

Thanks for this! I just checked it out and find it to be a pretty good resource. It was very accurate for one of the places I have stayed.

My snowbird mother in law subscribes to it and uses it a lot. She has a place in Mexico where she spends winters and then visits friends and family throughout SW in late spring or fall when she crosses back into the States. She does not stay in RV Parks and instead uses the app to find free overnight or multi-day parking. She likes that users can post reviews on parking sites and provide up to date information on whether parking is still allowed, where the level spots are, what the process might be to get permission, etc. So, if you travel a lot and prefer to use the free overnight rest areas, walmarts, casinos, etc, then she feels it is well worth the money.
