There are probably some lists out there, but they would not necessarily be just for your particular unit. Basically, you should look at everything you can, inside, outside, underneath, and the roof. Open every compartment, check for damage, misaligned panels, missing items, screws and other fasteners not tight, doors that don't close properly, evidence of leaks, stains, move all slides in and out, check for function on all appliances (A/C, furnace, microwave, fridge, entertainment electronics, lights, etc, check plumbing for loose/leaking connections (this would require a small amount of water in the FW tank, and then a check of the water pump function and automatic shutoff under pressure, generator if equipped, tire age and condition (check date codes on all tires, including spare), underbelly, and anything else you see but are not sure of. Make the dealer spend time going over the entire unit, and show you how to operate anything you aren't sure of. I'm sure I have forgotten some things, but others will chime in as well.
