Pricing at the dealers

So far all the dealers I have considered around here (central Missouri) are showing MSRP and then what their price is. Most of these prices shown are already 25-30% off MSRP. My question for those of you that have delt with RV dealers for much longer than I have, are these actual cash selling prices, trading prices, or is there still "fat" in the price ? I have looked at RV Direct and local prices are just as good. Would you still try for a better price ? Not ready to deal yet but trying to be prepared. Thanks in advance, Dave

The prices shown online for the dealers I looked in to are the selling prices. Cash, credit, loan whatever. Whether you can do better is up to individual dealer and their willingness/ability to deal.

You say you looked at RV Direct. They list msrp and you submit a request for a quote to get their selling price. Yes they show like 5 units or so on the home page at selling price but I've never paid attention to those.

I believe some of it has to do with the sales person as well timing....

Manteca Trailer will match the lowest internet price of a unit.
I was quoted 36,859 for the Jayco Eagle HT 29.5 BHDS

For that quote to mean something you have to tell us what the msrp is and what options? Also, is that on the road (all fees and taxes) with full propane tanks, battery and all? If that's a 2016 on their lot it will also be cheaper than ordering one (which would be a 2017 now).

By all means, buy where you get the most for your dollars.

Manteca (as will Pan Pacific RV) will match the price of other dealer, but they will charge you prep fee... and freight to West Coast, if you are located here (more less $3k).
