Quality after two years poll

We had no issues with our 2011 Skylark for the first two years that were attributed to Jayco. We did have two cool cat heat pumps replaced for manufacturer problems. To their credit the manufacturer replaced both units at no cost to us once we pointed out the problems. The third unit has worked fine ever since it was installed.

Purchased new September 2017 and as of March 2020 my 24RBS QC rating is a "5"...., based on the type of issues the dealer and myself have addressed during the past 2 1/2 years.

My prior 1999 and 2005 Jayco TT's I would give both a QC rating of a "9".

My "9" vote is for my 2016 - 28BHBE. It has been virtually trouble free.. A couple of very minor QC issues but nothing major. We loved it the day we picked her up and still do today...

I have 2016 pre Thor.. I had a few minor issues 1st year.. it’s been good since, knock on wood.. no sail switch or water heater board issues.. we use it about 90 nights a season..
