After having to fix a couple of minor things I am still quite happy with the quality of my White Hawk.

Will be 2 years in January but a 9.1 is my rating. Had black tank flush leak fixed and decals replaced under warranty and will have CW do a few more very minor things under warranty this winter but a great TT. Good quality for a home on wheels.
Happy RVing,
Jeff

With three years with our Jay Flight, only two minor issues. First was a broken shade cord (sharp grommet where cord passed through on bottom), and second was the toilet blade seal not holding water. Both fixed at home, so I give it 9. Still very happy with Jayco products.

I didn't officially vote because I won't have 2 years until January '16. But I have had no major issues. I've had some minor cosmetic stuff that I've touched up on my own, but other than that I've been completely satisfied. If I were gonna cast a vote at this point I'd be a 9.8. I'm knocking on wood as I type this! Looking forward to this weekend at Jellystone in Burleson, TX!!

Based on past history with 2 Jayco's and this one sneaking up on the 2 year mark, I'd give them a 9. However . . . The fridge on this one just stopped working so it's headed to the shop in a few weeks. (Too nice this time of year to stay home). I'm confident the Dealer and Jayco (Norcold) will meek it right. If not, I reserve the option to pout.

Pleasantly surprised so far, 84% receiving a rating of 7 or better and 56% a rating of 9 or better.

Agreed, but only 50 voters. I know we have A LOT more members than that. Even with the qualifications of the poll; bought new at least 2 years ago. You'd think there were more of us.

Oh yes, we have over 18,000 members so we need more voters for sure.

Our Eagle is 3 years old now and has been very solid. I gave it a 10.

Very happy with the White Hawk with only a few minor issues. Debated my rating a bit, and ended up with an 8 as we're starting to get the soft spots in the floor that many other WH owners have commented on previously. If it wasn't for the soft spots it probably would have been a 10.

While it won't be 2 years until January, my trailer was over a year old when I bought it new. Also, I'm a Full-Timer, so my 2013 Eagle 266 RKS gets 2-3 times the use of most "Recreational Vehicles".

Considering all the wear & tear of Full-Timing (and the things I've screwed up myself), I gave my trailer a solid 9 . . . although it may deserve a 10. Just visited the dealer on Friday to cover 4 of the 5 things that have failed:
1 & 2) cords broken on two of the shades. Dealer is having them re-strung; 3) wire from electronic ignition to front burner on range is broken. Dealer is replacing; 4) the good old Propane/CO detector was going off about every hour (with no propane/CO leaks). I pulled it out, and dealer is replacing; 5) center pin on the RCA jack going into the television video broke off. I replaced the plug with one from Radio Shack.

While I was at the dealer, I looked at several new TT's & FW's. Didn't see anything (from any brand) that I liked nearly as well as my Eagle!

Although I voted in the first year's quality poll, I'll have to vote in this one in September, 2016.

Although i have not owned it for more than two years yet, it is a 2012 model and was used by the previous owner for sure. It was however well looked after. The only real problem that it has had is the vacuum breaker on the tank flush being broken when i first bought it. Other than that, i have dragged it around the country with no problems so far.

We had a 2013 X213 and had no issues with it other than the drawers not sliding in square, so we traded up to our 2015 X254 since we liked the quality of our 213, and now have had all sorts of issues with our 254 so far. They are all minor issues and the warranty does take care of it, but it seems that the quality of Jayco has gone down in the last couple of years.

For the first couple of years I maintained that our pup must have been the last one off the line on a Friday afternoon at the end of the season. (To be fair, it WAS a late season purchase - for all I know, it was!) I'm pretty sure we had problems with all major systems in the first two years. Water pump, roof leak, gas fridge pilot would stay lit, brakes bent, front jack seized, to name a few (there are more, those are the most memorable).
Thing is, we LOVED the layout of the 1007, and once we worked out all the issues, it was (eventually) a ****** fine trailer. I'm hoping that by buying a used 19H, someone else will have worked out all of the issues, and since there is no warranty, I won't be afraid of repairing things myself. Most of the best fixes/mods for the pup were ones I did myself (or dealer did after under warranty).

Unlike others I see here , I prefer not to let Jayco off the hook when one of their suppliers products, eg Fridge (Norcold ) is troublesome. In my opinion the best leverage that we as customers have is to have Jayco concerned about their reputation and they should only want to deal with suppliers that are excellent quality, whether it be fridges or blinds or door locks . I gave them a six .

I suppose 9, maybe 8

We have a 2014 Jay Flight 287BHBE, I rated it 9, as everything is working pretty much as new. My only complaint is the bed, and that is recurring, and very irritating, almost enough to rate it 8. It's a front sort of queen sized bed, and the bed support plywood consistently pulls away from the front attachment point, and since it is not quite wide enough, tends to dump us into the under bed cargo compartment. Terrible engineering!!! Instead of a flimsy 1/4" cheap ply, it should be more robust, as in 1/2 to my thinking, at least 3/8", it should be as wide as the supports that are meant to hold the sides, and the hinge, instead of 2 crappy 4" hinges, should be a piano type hinge that runs the entire width of the plywood. Just my 2 cents on it. Anyway, that's our annual fix item, twice now, you'd think the dealer would be tired of seeing it.
cheers

I logged in at an 8. We have had aggravating little things that I would think Jayco could do a much better job at catching, but as this is our first TT, I have nothing else to compare it to. We will have had ours 2 years in May, so we have used it 2 full seasons, pretty much.

We have had no visits to the dealer for any problems or repairs. I have replaced some things that I felt were just too bothersome to put up with. For instance, the bathroom sink faucet and shower head. But they weren't faulty, just inadequate. So, judge for yourself as to how much that is a quality issue. There are also issues with poor fitment of trim, bathroom door alignment, etc., all things I addressed myself. So, all in all, I'm happy with our White Hawk Summit Edition 27DSRL. Chomping at the bit to hit the road.

Two years and our only issue was the alignment of the drawers under the kitchen sink. A board supporting them pulled from the wall. I fixed it myself. So overall I'd say ours has been very good.
