Question about Furrion TV mounts

We just purchased a 2016 Seismic 4212 with Furrion TV's in the main living outside patio areas. We are trying to figure out how to un-mount one of the TV's from the mounting bracket with no success. I can find no releases or cables and we can't get in behind the TV's to see what's going on. We are afraid to pull on the TV in case we break the mount, or worse, something on the TV. Anyone have any experience with this or suggestions?

We have the wall mount that pulls out from the wall and you simply push the TV upwards and the bracket mounted on the back of the TV comes out of the mount bracket.

Ours doesn't seem to work like that. The TV's are both recessed into the wall spaces and we can't see behind them. We've tried pulling them out but they don't seem to be on any type of bracket that allows that. It's frustrating because we just know it's something really simple and we're just missing it.

Stick your phone in there and snap a couple pics, maybe you can see what's what that way.

You're suggestion with the phone camera worked great. We were able to see a couple of ball chains way at the back of the recessed cabinet and then use a high tech device (wire coat hanger) to get hold of them and release the TV from the mount. Thank you for your help!!
