Question: R-Vision Trail-lite

Perhaps a dumb question.

I did a bit of searching and came up empty. Perhaps I'm missing the obvious.

The 2001 R-Vision Trail-lite for sale on CL sure looks like it has some Jayco similarities. Is there a tie between Trail-lite and Jayco?

It looks like it was a division of the Navistar company until it sold in 2013. Then it went out of business in 2014.

Monaco kills off Holiday Rambler, Trail Lite trailer production

News about our RV's ELKHART, IND – Feb. 10,. 2014 – About 100 employees at the Monaco RV towable manufacturing plant got a shock when they reported for work this morning. Security guards didn’t admit them to the plant, but instead handed them paperwork informing them they were out of work. Allied Specialty Vehicles, the parent company of Monaco Coach, has decided to leave the towables market. Brands affected include Holiday Rambler and Trail Lite trailers.

None that I`m aware of, and nothing posted on this forum about R-Vision as far as I can remember.

Heck I think they all are starting to look alike. Not many people are doing anything different. A basic box, and change up the caps if they have them, and the decals. Nothing else different. Boring really, which leads us owners to always modify the crap out of them.

I agree that there are many trailers which look similar because there's only so much that can be done. This one looks so much like my 23b that I thought maybe there was some connection.

Thanks for the replies and information.
