Refrigerator Stopped Working

Plugged in trailer to house current at beginning of season, and turned on the fridge. Fridge and freezer worked fine. Checked it periodically and all was ok. Checked it today and not working at all. It was warm. Even tried switching to propane and it wasn't cooling at all. Any suggestions?

Check the fuse/breaker? That would be where I start trouble shooting.

Check the electric heater making sure it works, is flame good, does the unit have both 12 & 110 volts ? Look for a yellow/greenish stain ( sodium chromate) around pipes especially boiler area. If you see this stuff the refrigeration unit is toast. Rebuilt ones are availible at about 40% of a new one . I'm waiting on a rebuild on my Norcold n811 due to ship tues .

I would check that the fridge is getting 12v DC. A loss of 12V DC to the control module/circuitry would cause the symptoms you describe.

How old is it? I ditched my norcold for a residential fridge and won't have anything else now. Just a thought. I have 10.1 cf now and can buy 3-4 of these for the price of a norcold n811.
