I have a 98 Eagle 5th Wheel and I am fixing up to travel this great USA in someday soon. My current dilemma is, in replacing the black water valve (yuck), I had to remove the plastic belly pan. Turns out it is too rotten to reinstall. Jayco says they stopped making them in 2003 and they are not available. Does anyone have a good replacement item they can suggest. My only thought is FRP board.

Can you get some pictures? Normally a tank, 4" piping and a slide valve makes the black system. The valve should be an easy replacement not sure what you mean by belly pan.

Get panels of Corrugated black plastic and screw that to the frame. YOu can make your own underbelly
