Reverse TV Hookup

I know I should be able to figure this out. Guess my brain is just focused on packing up for our 3 day getaway this weekend.

Typical TV antenna setup...

What I would like to do is to attach my TV to the outside cable jack (that is normally used to bring IN cable tv, and run the tv off of my regular gull wing antenna..

Hope that makes sense

I want to see if I can plug it in to the outside coaxial connection that is normally used to bring cable or satellite signal into the camper.. I want to connect to my factory installed gull antenna.

Try running a jumper from the tv output (plate on the right) to the satelite output (on the left) and you should be able to get the antenna signal (with the power button on) on the outside satelite in connection. Hope it's clear, good luck.

Also if that works you can put a splitter in the jumper and get inside and outside tv shows at the same time

Why?

Sorry, just seems like a lot of effort for that particular game.

It's okay, I usually root for the Texans, and we know how that train wreck is going.

Now, I would move my TV to catch a Texas Aggie game! WHOOP!

Move the antenna in to the cable connector at the right and you should have TV outside.

When we hook up at the camp ground pedestals we add a two port divider and run one cable to the RV CABLE input and run the second port to a 25-foot cable laying under the trailer.

Then we can use that whenever we want to watch TV outside under the awning without much effort...
