Roof leak

Today I noticed this thing growing in the front corner inside of my coach. It's in a low spot where water is to drain off of the roof. It is about the size of a walnut. It is a brown color. I found the roof leak where the sealer pulled away from the roof material. It is a small leak, but it doesn't much of a hole to let water in. I hear about mold. I wonder if I should do anything to the inside after repair the roof? Stan

A small spot should not be a problem as long as the leak has been fixed. Seems as though you caught it quick enough to prevent major damage. Clean with peroxide and cover with Kilz.

If the area is soft to the touch and/or if someone in your family is affected by mold, you may want to tear into it. For me, I would need to see the total damage.
