We have a 2014 T29 Octane. It has somewhere over 40k miles. On my inspection today I found the Alpha liner on the roof is pulling up on both sides where the roof transitions from flat to the front slope. It has pulled up from behind the trim for about 1 1/2 " on the passenger side and 1'" on the driver side. The roof decking is tight and there is no noticeable pulling or wrinkles in the roof. To me it looks like the material was stretched too tight during construction and is constricting causing it to pull. I have a appointment for our dealer to look at it and give me a repair estimate, they already said it's not warranty after looking at the pictures. One more thing not covered by the extended warranty I was dumb enough to purchase.
Anyone else had this issue? My roof is inspected and touched up every couple months and this is the first time I found the issue. I may do the repair myself, depending on the estimate from the dealer, just looks pretty involved to do it right. I'll try to attach a picture.
