Last night I banged out some of the aluminum trim and patched up the roof. Boy you guys weren't kidding that the EternaBond sticks NOW! I was putting down a second layer (forward of the damage) just to be over-kill, I set the roll down as I moved a bit on the ladder and she stuck good! I couldn't get the wrinkle out so I rolled it the best I could. I'll upload some more photos tomorrow. I also have to get some good silicone to seal up the trim.

In my opinion this is extensive damage, I have seen insurance Co. total TT's for less damage than this. Keep us up to date please!

Not that you asked...

I would not use any type of silicone seal product.

First.
It can leach onto the roof membrane which may interfere with the bonding of future roof repairs.

Second.
Once silicone seals cure there is nothing that will properly bond to them, including more silicone seal. There are effective methods to remove any silicone seals for subsequent repair, but they can be time consuming and sometimes marginally effective. All EPDM roof membrane manufacturers that I'm familiar with specifically recommend avoiding any products which contain silicone.

I would stick with Dicor products because they are readily available at RV stores. Another brand which I wouldn't hesitate to mention is Sikaflex.

I would avoid silicone seal for roof area repairs no matter what the brand name.

My opinion and worth everything that you'll never pay for it.
